Hey! I’m Sydney, and I’m here to help you fall in love with movement again. This isn’t a space to be the “it girl” or chase perfection — it’s a space where you can let your fun, silly side come out and move in a way that actually puts a smile on your face. Fitness should feel enjoyable, not like something you “have” to do, and that’s exactly what I aim to create with every workout.
After over 10 years in the fitness industry, I realized something was missing — a space that’s fun and welcoming, where people can move joyfully and train their strength for everyday life. I wanted to create something that gives you everything you need for your health: cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and functional movement — all in a way that’s safe, effective, and actually enjoyable.
Along the way, I’ve studied holistic nutrition and kept up with continuous fitness certifications, because I want to make sure everything I share with you is thoughtful, science-backed, and designed to help you thrive. I started as a group fitness instructor, then became the manager at F45, and went on to work at some of Toronto’s top personal training gyms, learning from the best in science-backed training. I’ve spent years studying the most effective ways to train for strength, functionality, and real results — so every workout I create is intentional and effective.
I also love including strength training because I know how important it is for your overall health and progress. I bring these workouts into your home or safe space using dumbbells and movements that make you feel strong, capable, and empowered.
Jump&Jacked is my baby. I care deeply about what I do and always put so much love into everything I create. I’m truly grateful for you and the opportunity to share my passion with you.
