  • Yes, you can. You just can’t download the app directly to your TV. Instead, you can:

    • Open the workouts on your phone and screen share to your smart TV.

    • Use a laptop or tablet and connect to your TV with an HDMI cable.

    • Or, access the workouts straight through your browser here

  • Your trial simply expires - no strings attached. The 7-day trial is completely free, and we don’t take any credit card info when you sign up. That way you can jump worry-free, and if you’d like to keep going, you’ll just need to actively sign up for a Jump&Jacked membership.

  • If you’d like to switch from a monthly membership to an annual one, just cancel your monthly plan in your account settings, wait until it expires, and then purchase the annual membership.

  • The app is designed to give you a fuller experience than YouTube. While my YouTube channel has mostly shorter workouts (20 minutes or less), the app has 3x more workouts, including longer sessions, strength training, and Jump&Jacked workouts that mix strength and cardio.
