The Amazing Jumping Family
This page is dedicated to the amazing Jump&Jacked community. These people inspire me everyday and I’m so grateful to get to jump with them everyday. I hope their stories inspire you as much as they do for me. The interested thing is I never focused on saying weight loss for any of my makreting so these transformations arent to show you how you can losse weight but how you can find joy and with that comes results. But it comes from a place of self love not self hate

“I have been a member of Jump&Jacked for almost two years! It has truly changed my life. I have lost 75 lbs in the last two years, but it has truly been what I found along the way. I have found that I love these workouts and enjoy working out every morning at 5:00 a.m. Consistency is the key, and even when I do not want to work out, I do it anyway. I always feel amazing after, and it sets the tone for the rest of my day. Sydney is the kindest person and has been there to give me the best advice and help along the way.”

“I started with Jump&Jacked in December of 2024. With young children, finding time to prioritize myself and my health was very difficult. I was feeling tired, bloated, moody, and had no energy to do anything after work — I needed to make a change. I decided to buy a rebounder and signed up for the 7-day free trial with Jump&Jacked. After three days, I was sold. I fell in love with the program. Sydney’s energy and story/journey were amazing and inspirational. The workouts are fun and offer a variety of different levels and moves — it’s never boring. The great music is a bonus. I have never been able to stick to any gym memberships or programs. Jump&Jacked is so easy to follow at home with my family.
I have been rebounding for almost eight months now. I changed my daily routine and get up at 5 a.m. to start my day on the trampoline. I now have the energy to play with my kids after work. I have also noticed a huge difference with bloating and in my body’s appearance. I have become stronger, and my stomach and legs have become more toned and tightened. Highly recommend signing up to try this amazing workout!”

“I've lost over 50 kg in weight this last year, and I’m sure that it’s all the rebounding and weights I’ve done with you that has meant I have hardly any loose skin. I’m feeling fantastic, and my knees work again!
I’ll be signing up for another year as soon as I’m back from vacation — please keep the awesome videos coming!”

“Finding Jump&Jacked has been fantastic for me — inside and out. I set out to find a mini trampoline because of my desk job; I thought it would be good for me and maybe fun. I looked on YouTube and found Jump&Jacked. I even messaged asking about rebounders and received a lovely email back to help me. Once I got my Bellicon, I followed many of J&J’s routines on YouTube. I actually feel so happy when bouncing/rebounding. It’s wonderful to find an exercise that I genuinely love and that is getting me fit — I can’t believe my luck. So I signed up for my first-ever subscription, choosing the 12-month option. When it runs out, I will continue it, no question.
There are many things that have helped me keep going. I currently do the weekly plan, but I could pick any workout from the hundreds available. They list how long they are, what type they are, and also the music. When I first started, I chose beginner workouts and was talked through proper form, with Sydney helpfully checking in throughout to remind me. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable — you feel like you know her and are safe in her rebounding bubble. My technique has definitely improved, and I keep finding things I used to struggle with but can now do better, which feels so rewarding.
This whole journey, although only 5 months so far, has given me results. It has become my new thing, my routine, my happy escape. I even love doing the weight classes — not something I ever thought I’d do!
Because I exercise most days, I eat better too. I feel fitter, stronger, and my weight has gone down a little. My clothes fit and look better on me. I’ve gained muscle and have more stamina. I feel happy when working out and make sure I fit my workouts in wherever I can — 15 minutes here, half an hour there. It’s quite easy, even for me. Several mornings each week, I get up earlier — because I want to — to squeeze in a workout before work. Most weeks I do more than the plan, and I even caught up on what I’d missed during a week’s holiday just for the joy it gives me.
In short, Jump&Jacked — and Sydney — are true to their word about having fun while moving and getting fit. They tailor plans for beginners, intermediate, and more. Sydney is a delight and a friendly face who works out with you. She makes me feel supported and is encouraging during workouts. I’ve found my thing — and I love it.”

“Jumping with Sydney is always a joy!
I’ve been doing Jump&Jacked workouts with Sydney for many years, and I can honestly say her classes are a staple in my weekly routine. Her positive energy is contagious, the music is always fun, and the workouts are the perfect mix of effective and enjoyable.
No matter what else I’m doing in my fitness schedule, I always come back to rebounding with Sydney — it never gets old! Whether you’re new to jumping or a regular, I highly recommend her classes. They’re uplifting, energizing, and just plain fun. Thanks for keeping us moving, Sydney! 💪💃”

“My name is Petra, and I’ve been jumping with Sydney for a little over 12 months. I started my health journey in 2021 with therapy, and GLP-1 meds in 2022 helped me lose 15 kilos over two years. But I still needed to lose about 25 kilos.
In a last-ditch effort, I decided to make some lifestyle changes. I increased my protein, added fibre, and committed to movement — something that’s always been my nemesis. I started with just 10 minutes a day on my Jump&Jacked rebounder, often between clients at work, and after three months, I noticed amazing changes. On a recent holiday, I even started running on the beach and was shocked at how much fitter I’d become!
Back home, I gradually increased my Jump&Jacked sessions — adding more minutes, doing squats, and eventually incorporating a 15-minute weights routine. Today, I’m doing up to 45 minutes a day, several days a week, and I’ve even started at the gym.
Rebounding has completely changed my life. I LOVE the body I’m in and feel grateful for it every day. I’m no longer a sloth — I walk the dog and meet friends for walks for fun, not just exercise.
The other things — diet and GLP-1s — helped, but rebounding gives me joy and has taught me the value of “snack exercise” — small bouts of exercise the “experts” years ago would have said were pointless. Movement is NEVER pointless. Movement is life.”

“I absolutely love Sydney’s videos! I used to run as my main source of exercise, but had to pause due to plantar fasciitis. I struggled to find something that gave me the same push and mood lift as running — until I stumbled upon one of her videos. I asked for a rebounder for my birthday, started with the “You Just Got a Rebounder” series, and haven’t stopped since!
I have three kiddos, and I think it’s super important that they see my husband and me exercising. I jump first thing in the morning, and when they wake up they often come down to see me jumping. I even put their trampoline next to mine so they can join in!
Sydney’s positivity and energy are contagious. She chooses music that appeals to everyone. One morning my youngest and I did her outdoor country jump with her pups — he loved it so much that we followed it with the family Disney jump.
Beyond being fun, rebounding has been incredible for my kids (we all have ADHD) — helping with emotional regulation, focus, crossing the midline, and coordination. I’m a high school teacher, and I recommend Sydney’s videos to my students as well. I even have an old trampoline in my classroom for them to try!
I’m so happy I found her account. Sydney is positive, creative, motivating, and wonderful. I look forward to my 5 a.m. jumps every morning — and I’m not even a morning person!”

“I just started rebounding a little over a month ago. I searched “rebounding” on YouTube, and your channel popped up! I loved the name Jump&Jacked, and I’ve been doing it every day since getting my trampoline! It’s not only a blast for me, but my kids and pup love watching — and seeing your precious pups in the background! Thank you for making rebounding so much fun and for offering so many different classes! Love it!”

“I wanted to share my story because jumping transformed my health.
I spent 7 years in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and studio manager. Even with all that experience, I noticed something was off in the fitness world. People often looked discouraged during intense workouts, gave up on routine after routine, and felt like it was their fault when results didn’t come. Fitness seemed to focus only on results, with little attention to mental health or the real challenges of fitting workouts into busy lives.
Then life changed for me. I was diagnosed with ITP, an autoimmune disease that put me at risk of internal bleeding. The medications I had to take left me tired, overweight, and struggling emotionally. After a year of recovery and gaining over 40 lbs, my doctor cleared me to start moving again—but everything felt harder. My body didn’t feel strong, and I wasn’t enjoying working out.
That’s when I rediscovered rebounding. My mom gifted me a mini trampoline, and I started jumping at home. The music, movement, and rhythm reminded me what it felt like to feel joyful in my body again. Over time, I lost the weight I’d gained, felt stronger, and realized that fitness doesn’t have to be about punishment—it can be fun, empowering, and a celebration of what your body can do.
Now, after years of doing Jump&Jacked workouts, I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been. I can keep up with my husband, a bodybuilder, at the gym, and play pickleball for hours—all because I focused on working out for self-love and listening to what my body truly craved. Jumping has taught me that fitness is about joy, confidence, self-love, gratitude, and taking time for yourself. The main goal is to feel good from the inside out.”
